The Craft Gallery expands into The National Museum of Bhutan and Royal Heritage Museum

The Craft Gallery, a significant initiative of the Gyalyum Charitable Trust, has announced the opening of two new retail locations. Situated within the National Museum of Bhutan in Paro and the Royal Heritage Museum in Trongsa, the shops will offer tourists an opportunity to purchase authentic Bhutanese handicrafts as cherished souvenirs of their visit

The Gyalyum Charitable Trust, established in 2016 under the distinguished patronage of Her Majesty the Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck, plays a vital role in supporting and promoting Bhutan's rich cultural heritage.

Her Majesty's patronage signifies her strong endorsement and active support for the Trust's initiatives, including the Craft Gallery, lending credibility and fostering its mission to uplift local artisans and preserve traditional crafts.

The Craft Gallery serves as a dedicated platform for showcasing and marketing the diverse artistry of Bhutan. These new locations will feature a curated collection of creations ranging from intricate textiles to unique handcrafted products,

Purchases made at these locations directly support Bhutanese artisans and contribute to the ongoing efforts of The Gyalyum Charitable Trust to sustain and promote Bhutan's vibrant cultural heritage.
